Hydraulic top-drive, stepless pressure adjustment and high quality sealing rings imported from overseas to ensure the machine reliability.
Mechanical synchronous mechanism and the complex compensation are designed so as to raise the workpieces precision.
The stroke and distance of the backguage is adjusted by the motor and manual fine turning, the adjustment is displayed by digital readout.
Inch, single, continuous operation mode designed for the machine, reverse and pressure hold time can be controlled by time relays.
Safe fence and power break protection device were designed for the machine to ensure the operation safety (above 250T without safe fence).

3. The overall performance of the machine tool

3.1 Structural steel plate welded structure, strong rigidity.

3.2 The structural parts are derusted by sanding and sprayed with anti-rust paint.

3.3 The column, upper working slide, and lower working table of the machine tool adopt a large floor boring and milling machine, and use the integral one-time processing method for precision processing to ensure the overall processing accuracy of the machine tool.

3.4 Upward-moving bending design, stable work, convenient and safe operation.

3.5 There is a pressure-holding delay function at the bottom dead center to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece.

3.6 The stroke of the slider is large, and the parallel tolerance on both sides is high.

3.7 Under the relevant national standard conditions, the bending angle accuracy can reach ±1°.

3.8 With the function of slow descent control, the operator can better control the workpiece.

3.9 The stopper controlled by motor drive has fast speed, stable transmission, high precision and low noise.

4. Hydraulic system

4.1 Adopt the special control system for the Sino-US joint venture Shandong Taifeng bending machine, which can obtain higher control accuracy. The hydraulic system has overload and overflow protection, which is safe and reliable.

4.2 The oil pump uses a high-pressure internal gear pump that can withstand high pressure and has low noise.

4.3 Oil cylinder: 45# steel quenching and tempering treatment, inner hole fine boring and grinding.

4.4 Piston: 45# steel quenching and tempering treatment, external high frequency quenching or chrome plating, fine grinding, vibration grinding (super fine grinding)

4.5 The sealing ring is selected from Japan's NOK company, which has good sealing performance, reliable work and long life.

4.6 There is a clear and intuitive display of oil level and temperature.

5. Electrical control system

5.1 The key electrical components adopt domestic Siemens, which conforms to international standards, is safe and reliable, has a long life, and has strong anti-interference ability.

5.2 Removable foot switch operation.

6. Function of CNC axis

6.1 The Y axis is the slider stroke control axis, which is used to control the bending angle.

6.2 The X axis is the backgauge control axis, which is used to control the flange size of the bending machine.

The X axis uses a motor to drive the screw through a sprocket. The two stop jaws are always synchronized during the movement. Smooth transmission, high precision and low noise.
