Dividing Head
The dividing head is a machine accessory mounted on a milling machine to divide the workpiece into any number of equal parts, using indexing rings and cursors, locating pins and indexing discs and exchange gears to divide the workpiece mounted between the centers or on a chuck into any number of angles and to divide the circumference into any number of equal parts.
